PPR Pipe can be used for hot and cold water application, for transportation of all kinds of liquid foods, for piping system in industries like transportation of aggressive fluids (acids, chemicals, alkalis etc.) and for conveying compressed air. It is also used in pipingin agriculture and can be applied to under-floor heating pipes.

Technical Parameters

1.The line is equipped with PPR-oriented screw extruder, automatic vacuum feeder and constant temperature dryer;

2.The line is equipped with a polyelofin-oriented die which gains low melt pressure and low plasticizing temperature;

3.The line is controlled through advanced PLC;

4.The haul-off unit uses anti-wearing material for a long life;

5.The cutter makes no chipping and makes smooth cutting section. It is driven by advanced motor with low noise.
